Shipping policy

Champion City Games offers Canada-wide shipping to all provinces, excluding Quebec and the NWT. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. While rare, in the case of an inventory error, processing time may be extended. You will be notified via email if there are any unexpected delays.

Non-tracked orders are shipped in a plain white envelope (PWE), with cards within the envelope placed in a hard shell case for additional protection. Tracked orders are shipped in a bubble mailer for maximum safety. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you selected tracked shipping, that email will also contain a tracking number and link. 

Champion City Games cannot guarantee the delivery of orders shipped through uninsured methods. We are not responsible for packages delivered and not received by the addressee, or for any damage incurred during package transit.
