Fast, Reliable Shipping Across Canada
At Champion City Games, we know you're excited to receive your cards. Whether you're ordering a single card for tonight's Commander game or a sealed product for your collection, we work hard to get your order packed securely and shipped quickly.
Processing Times
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
During major set releases, sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll reach out and keep you informed.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Options
Shipping methods available at checkout may vary based on your location, order value, and the contents of your order.
Canada Post
Canada Post is available for customers across Canada and includes options such as:
- Standard Letter Mail (where available)
- Expedited Shipping
- Priority Shipping
Please note that standard letter mail does not include tracking and is not recommended for orders of 25 or more cards. Delivery timelines may vary and delays are outside of our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Chit Chats
Chit Chats is available to many Canadian cities and includes:
- Tracking on eligible shipments
- Shipping insurance on qualifying orders
- Competitive flat-rate shipping
Please note that Chit Chats cannot deliver to PO Boxes and may not have access to secure apartment mailrooms or locked buildings.
Purolator
Purolator offers tracked shipping with reliable delivery times across Canada.
This option is recommended for customers who would like enhanced tracking visibility and faster delivery speeds.
Tracking Your Order
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been packed and dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Protection
For higher-value orders, we strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout, and offer Route Shipping Protection for added coverage.
Shipping protection helps cover eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Please note that untracked shipping methods have limited recourse in the event of loss or delivery issues.
Packaging Standards
Collectible cards deserve collectible-level care. We package orders using appropriate protective materials based on the contents of your order, which may include:
- Penny sleeves
- Toploaders or semi-rigid protection
- Team bags
- Bubblewrap and/or bubble mailers
- Shipping boxes for larger orders
Our goal is simple: your cards should arrive in the same condition they left our hands.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or experiences unusual delays, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best path forward.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, shipping options may be limited for certain remote locations, PO Boxes, or regions where carrier service is unavailable. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customers located in Quebec or in Canadian Territories can still shop our inventory through our CardTrader store, where shipping options are available for all Canadian addresses.
